It is our desire to promote the Shire in all ways possible,
and to also bring to your attention the Shire breed remaining on the
2008 Watchlist - Category 4 "At Risk of Endangerment"
England's leading conservation charity
working to restore Britain's native livestock.
is focused on the very rare Cleveland Bay, which remains
on the 2008 Watchlist - Category 1 "Critical"
as reported by the same above-referenced Trust.
The Johnson Family, owners of Peters Creek Farm, supported by Jessie, share the desire to populate the breed
increasing the reported 500 left in existence worldwide.
Proudly, Peters Creek Farm is home to
five purebred foundation Cleveland Bay mares,
as well as three purebred Cleveland Bay stud colts and
six Cleveland Bay crosses.
We are honored to be a supporting part of
the Johnson's revitalization effort.

We hope you enjoy looking through the website as we proudly present to you our horses,
and have attempted to share with you how much fun
the world can really be with the animals and folks we love.

All our horses are trimmed by our own
kind and gentle farrier, Thomas Murray,
on a regular 6-8 week schedule.
